At Forcebandz, we take pride in the quality of our products. All sales are final — however, if your item arrives damaged or not as described, we’re here to make it right.


✅ Return Eligibility

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product is significantly different from what was described or ordered

To qualify for a return, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.


📸 Proof Required

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the damage or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.


🔄 Resolution Options

If your return is approved, we’ll offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item

  • A full refund to your original payment method

Return shipping costs will be covered only if the item is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect.


🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing (unless due to a listing error)

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items reported after 7 days of delivery
